Monthly Statement Information

Statements are emailed to the merchant at the beginning of the month for the prior month

Total Sales Submitted
- This is the total dollar amount of sales the merchant processed during the statement period.
Third Party Transactions (not shown in example below)
- Sales processed through third-party networks like American Express (AmEx) or Discover, when not handled directly by the merchant’s main processor.
Adjustments/Chargebacks
- Any transaction reversals (like refunds or disputes) and other adjustments made during the period.
Fees Charged
- Includes processing fees such as interchange fees, basis points, and any other applicable charges.
Total Amount Funded to Bank
- This is the net amount deposited into the merchant’s bank account after all deductions, including chargebacks and fees.
