Missing Deposits
Is your deposit not showing in your bank account from a prior day's payment? Read below for some suggestions on troubleshooting.
1. Has your bank account changed? This is information we need to know so we can properly update the system to allow proper funding.
2. Did your payment process after 8pm ET? Cutoff times are 8pm ET for batch closes.
3. Did you have an exceedingly high number of daily transactions that fall outside of the your normal processing? Our systems look at daily batch amounts and monthly amounts based on your stated annual processing volume. If this limit has been exceeded, this could cause a hold on your account.
